The most common mistakes made by small businesses all seem to have something in common.  The business owner is so concerned about giving value to the customer that s/he forgets to create value for the business as well.  How do you provide the best value to your customer?  Number one – STAY IN BUSINESS.   So many companies fail because the business owner falls into these common pitfalls and, as they say … the rest is history.  Or should I say … the Business is history.
